Website Case Study

Westcoast Perimeter Security was first established by Lee Holloway in 2018 providing specialist perimeter security services to organisations across South Wales and the West of England. In 2020 Justin Faulkner joined the company as co-director to help WPS expand on their offering with their specialist roller door system services.

WPS approached Oaks Digital in 2024 with the need to merge their perimeter security and roller door websites together, and to elevate their online presence with a new website that converted more visits into enquiries to support WPS with their continued growth.

Oaks Digital were subsequently chosen to design and develop the new website for WPS following an initial fact finding meeting where we talked through our custom design approach, and functionality features that could be introduced to enhance the user experience for WPS’s intended target audience.

We’ve helped WPS to enhance their online presence with an improved user experience for website visitors that includes:

– Welcome video on the homepage that showcases their team and their work
– Case study section that shows users the capabilities and professionalism of WPS
– Blog section to keep users up to date with industry news and company developments
– Individual service pages to make content easier to digest
– FAQ’s section to educate users on common considerations
– Newsletter integration for users to subscribe to the WPS mailing list
– External link to LinkedIn for users to follow WPS on social media
– Google map on the contact page for users to find the WPS HQ
– Google Analytics and Search Console installation to allow WPS to track ongoing digital marketing performance
